Our History

Main Street Insurors has been around for over 30 years under the ownerships of Doug Palonder and then Stacia Strickler.  Main Street Insurors has been under the ownership of Raeanna since June 2020.  Main Street Insurors prides itself on providing the best coverage for the best rate possible.  Our mission is to help as many people as we can, in as many ways as we can, as often as we can.  We continue to strive towards this mission each and every day, even outside the agency walls. 

Helping our community is just as important to us as helping our clients, because our clients are what make up our community.  Throughout the year, we take part in helping our local community through donations of clothing and household items to local homeless shelters, volunteering with our local churches, and at the holidays with donations of turkeys and other non-perishable food items.  Each year we look forward to expanding our community involvement to help others even more.

Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday 9 am to 4 pm and Friday 9 am to 1 pm.  We are also available outside of these hours via cell for urgent needs.  Main Street Insurors is available by email 24 hours a day, but we may not be able to respond to emails or phone calls immediately outside of regular business hours.  We will respond as quickly as possible to urgent matters.  Non-urgent matters will be responded to the next business morning.

Hold us to the high standard of service we strive for-we hope you’ll provide your comments on how we’re doing during our annual client survey every June.  We know that you rely on us to help you protect your business.  We take that responsibility very seriously and our philosophy of helping, not selling insurance, distinguishes Main Street Insurors from other insurance agencies.
